Thank you for visiting the website for more information regarding our contactless delivery service. Please note our store remains closed, this is a delivery service only.
Can I collect my order in store ?
Based on the recent government announcments, we will be re-opening to the public from Wednesday 13th May for people that want to shop in store.
Can I pay cash on delivery ?
Sorry.. All orders must be processed over the phone to avoid personal contact.
How can I place an order ?
You can order by telephone on the following number 01274 392344 extension number 6.
Phone lines are open from 9:00 until 13:00 Monday to Friday only.
Orders by Facebook, email or by others means can not be accepted.
Telephone orders start from 6th April.
What can I order ?
Feel free to give us a list of any items we hold in stock.
Is there a minimum spend ?
The minimum order is £30.00 and there will be a £5 delivery charge for local delivery.
How do I pay ?
Once your order is placed we will work on collating your goods. When we have successfully picked your items we will call you back and take card payment over the phone. Orders must be paid for prior to dispatch. We cannot accept any cash payments.
When will I receive my order ?
When we call back to arrange payment we will also agree on a delivery slot.
What is contact-less delivery ?
Our driver will bring your goods at the agreed time. We will give you a call to let you know we are outside and ready to deliver. Please stay inside until the driver has made the delivery into your garden – we will then give you a wave to let you know it is safe to collect your delivery.
What shall I do if something is wrong with my delivery?
Please phone us as soon as possible within our opening times and we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
We would like to assure all of our customers that our new delivery service falls within Government Guidelines. For the time being this service will be run by family members only and a small number of key staff. We are fortunate that our site is large and we can keep within the social distancing rules. Drivers will use alcohol based hand sanitiser regularly throughout their deliveries.
We will do our best to take as many orders as possible, please bear in mind we are new to this and we only have a very small team of people. We want to make this as safe as possible, we also want to maintain the great relationship we have with our customers. Please be patient with us while we find our feet with this new system. Unfortunately we cannot reply to any emails or Facebook messages regarding orders or deliveries.
